High SchoolResponsibilities- Perform machine and systems troubleshooting and repair; assist with the specification, installation and modification of integrated systems.
- Perform diagnostic checks on automated equipment; isolate problems including, sensors, controllers, encoders, servomotors, and/or servo valves.
- Make repairs to production equipment utilizing the following skill sets: Controls, drawings, electrical, general mechanics, hand tools, hydraulics, machine shop, piping systems, pneumatics, and welding.
- Complete shift start up paperwork such as process parameter, traceability, and start-up checklist.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks
- includes all Level I required tasks as per MP.
- Understand machine MO, PC, WP, STM and Interim Specifications.
- Perform changeovers
- line clearance of components and tooling changeouts.
- Fill component hoppers and complete necessary traceability paperwork.
- Pull inspection test samples and stage for QC Operator.
- Engage in machine troubleshooting on all assigned stations
- bevel mold, pin & heater block change-out and bevel trim adjustments.
- Update hourly production boards with production and efficiency numbers for all Mods; note issues that prevented goal attainment (downtime, waste, quality, etc.)
- Process warehouse ordering of components and pull tooling for changeovers.
- Submit machine repair tags to identify issues requiring support services.
