Overview USI Roofing, Inc. - Largo, FL USI Roofing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Roof Repair Technician to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy troubleshooting roofing issues, and want to work for a company that values safety, integrity, and professionalism, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair leaks on commercial roofing systems. Perform repairs on TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal, tile, shingle, and other commercial roofing systems. Complete preventive maintenance and service work. Identify roofing deficiencies and recommend repair solutions. Document work performed with photos and detailed notes. Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and supervisors. Follow all OSHA safety requirements and company safety procedures. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing repair experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting and leak detection skills. Experience with a variety of commercial roofing systems. Ability to safely climb ladders and work at heights. Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
