Technical certification in HVAC or gas appliance repair. Demonstrable experience working with gas piping and pressure systems. Strong comfort level with physical labor and outdoor work environments. Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues independently. Excellent interpersonal skills for daily customer interaction. Experience with modern diagnostic testing equipment. Responsibilities Install and maintain residential and commercial gas appliances with precision and care. Respond to service calls throughout the Leesburg area to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions. Inspect gas systems to ensure they comply with safety codes and company standards. Educate homeowners on the safe operation and maintenance of their gas-powered systems. Accurately document all service visits, parts used, and work completed in our maintenance database. Participate in regular safety training sessions to stay current with industry practices. Maintain your service vehicle and inventory of tools to ensure you are ready for every call.
