Your Source Home Services is a growing local home-service company looking for dependable, hard-working people to join our crew for the upcoming Christmas light season. Work includes professional Christmas light installation, window cleaning, exterior cleaning, ladder work, setup/cleanup, and other hands-on outdoor work.

Pay:

$20-$25/hour depending on experience, ability, and responsibility. No Christmas light installation experience is required. I'll train the right person. What I'm looking for: Reliable — if you're scheduled, you show up Comfortable with physical outdoor work Willing to work on ladders and comfortable with heights Able to learn quickly and follow instructions Communicates if there's a problem Works with urgency while maintaining quality and safety Saturday availability during busy periods Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Hours will vary depending on workload and weather, with significantly more work available as Christmas light season gets busier. This is a growing company, so there is an opportunity for more hours, higher pay, and increased responsibility for someone who performs well and wants to grow with the business. You don't need to make a five-year commitment—I just expect you to take the job seriously, be reliable, communicate, learn, and honor the schedule you agree to.
