Job Description

3rd
Shift Schedule:
Sunday night - Thursday night, 7:30pm - 4:30am (Four 10 hours nights) w/ Night-Shift Premium of $1.00/hour
TOOL AND DIE TECHNICIAN TASKS
Nightly activities include in-press die repair and troubleshooting, CNC, bench repair, welding of tool steel, part quality improvements, extensive die maintenance, sharpening, shimming, and re-timing of die pads and forms.
TOOL AND DIE REQUIREMENTS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
High school education or equivalent with 5 year's tool and die repair or related technical experience. Accredited journeyman's tool maker certificate preferred but not required. CNC experience preferred. Proficient at troubleshooting large progressive dies. Demonstrated problem-solving skills. Ability to work with little or no supervision.
