Job Description

REPAIR STATION TECHNICIAN
Direct hire, full-time 40+ hours/ week. Overtime is mandatory when required by production needs. Positions available on weekday and weekend shifts. Minimum Starting Wage $16.00/ hour. Starting wages over $16.00 are dependent upon verifiable relevant experience and skill sets. All new hires are considered for a pay increase at the conclusion of the 90-day probation period and each year on their anniversary date, based on individual performance during the period being rated.
Sign-On Bonus:
$500.00, following completion of 90 days of continuous employment. $250.00, following completion of 6 months of continuous employment. $250.00, completion of 12 months (1 year) of continuous employment.
Job description:
Repair Station Technicians will perform repairs on aircraft engine components. Painting, sheet metal, composite material and/ or auto body repair experience would be beneficial but are NOT required.
WE TRAIN ON THE JOB.
Typical tasks include using hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments and working with aluminum, fiberglass, epoxies and resins. This is not assembly line work. If you are mechanically inclined, have a good eye for detail, are reliable, punctual and willing to learn, you are encouraged to apply for this position.
