Job Summary:
Openwork is seeking a skilled Repair Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and test computer and server systems. This role suits candidates with hands-on hardware experience and a strong technical background.
Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair computer and server systems.
  • Install software and evaluate system reliability, compatibility, and functionality.
  • Build, test, and troubleshoot new products.
  • Perform benchmarking and document results for new products.
  • Ensure finished products meet company quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the electronics or computer industry.
  • Experience assembling computer systems.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Familiarity with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards is a plus.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift, push, and/or move up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Education (Preferred):
  • Associate degree in a related field.
  • College certificate in a related field.
  • CompTIA A+ certification.
