Diagnose and repair all types of electro-mechanical and pneumatic equipment. Review and prepare parts and equipment for return to stock condition. Provide technical support for customers, employees, and sales representatives. Travel as needed to perform services at customer locations and vendors for training (~ 25%). Data entry to process purchase orders, machine maintenance, service notes/reports, and shipping information. Qualifications of the
Service Technician:
Two-year degree in a technical discipline and two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have strong electro-mechanical aptitude. Excellent troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills. Computer literacy with MS Office. Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a passport required.
