The ideal candidate has hands-on experience diagnosing and clearing residential and commercial drain and sewer line issues, communicates well with customers, and takes pride in doing quality work safely and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Respond to drain cleaning and sewer service calls for residential and commercial customers.
• Diagnose clogs, backups, slow drains, and sewer line problems using professional tools and equipment.
• Operate drain cleaning machines, sewer cables, rooters, and camera inspection equipment when applicable.
• Clear blockages caused by grease, roots, debris, and other obstructions.
• Explain findings, repair options, and preventative maintenance recommendations to customers clearly and professionally.
• Complete accurate service notes, invoices, and job documentation.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a clean and safe condition.
• Follow all safety procedures and represent the company with professionalism on every job. Qualifications
• Drain cleaning, plumbing, sewer, or field service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean and reliable driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and work in crawl spaces, basements, and outdoor conditions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
