Job Description

Position Summary:
The candidate main responsibilities are completing work orders in areas of commercial repairs and renovation, he/she should be able to work alone and on a team setting, providing service in different warehouses, candidate will travel to different locations to perform the work and should be able to drive sales, identifying additional work. Under general direction of the Regional Area Manager, the candidate is responsible for the completion of work orders, estimate/proposal writing. Ensures work completion and customer satisfaction are always met. A full explanation of responsibilities will be provide at the interview.
Qualifications:
¬ Ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of job. ¬ Must pass the background check performed by Pro Service of Texas LLC ¬ Ability to lift over 50 pounds consistently ¬Experience in commercial or institutional building maintenance. ¬ Good communication skills, both written and verbal. ¬ Have reliable form of communication (Cell Phone) -Ability to use mobile applications on a cell phone for reporting, communication, and job tracking. ¬ Owing a truck or work van to perform job duties with insurance and current registration. ¬ Required to own personal tools to perform various scopes of trade work such as general handyman work.
