Seasonal Wildlife Control & Repair Technician MI Pest LLC — Beulah, MI MI Pest is hiring a seasonal Wildlife Control & Repair Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who's comfortable inspecting homes and businesses, diagnosing wildlife problems, and building the complete repair solution to keep animals out for good. If you've got a pest or wildlife background — or a building trades background — and aren't afraid of ladders, crawlspaces, or attics, we want to hear from you. What you'll do: Perform scheduled service appointments and meet with potential customers at their homes and businesses to offer custom solutions from our program lineup Conduct thorough interior and exterior inspections of customer properties Diagnose the problem and decide on the complete solution using the training and knowledge we provide Complete exclusion and repair work — often in tight spaces like crawlspaces and attics, and at height on ladders and roofs Handle paperwork and job documentation on a company iPhone What we're looking for: At least 2 years of experience in pest/wildlife control or the building trades Roofing and siding experience a plus Comfortable working in tight spaces and at height on ladders and roofs Able to lift 75 lbs Good driving record Able to be clean-shaven, as required for a proper respirator/mask seal (OSHA safety requirement) What we offer: Straight hourly pay plus the opportunity to earn bonuses Company vehicle and gas card upon territory assignment Comprehensive benefits — medical, dental, and vision Paid time off, holidays, and sick leave Ongoing training
