Job Description

The Water Filtration Technician role will act as the primary point of contact for field operations, customer-related service, installation, and equipment issues. Dupure is the leader in new home residential water filtration. We are seeking skilled, energetic, friendly faces to join our team in the San Antonio area.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Provide excellent customer satisfaction experience. Perform scheduled and routine maintenance. Diagnose service problems and provide repair solutions. Install new products (reverse osmosis, whole-home systems) in residential properties. Provide troubleshooting, testing, and technical support to consumers at the time of service calls. Educate and explain service issues and preventative maintenance to customers. Complete service call documentation and maintenance records. High School diploma or equivalent. Service technician experience preferred Strong dedication to customer service. Attention to detail with a focus on eliminating repeat mistakes and ensuring accuracy. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on internal and external customer-facing communication. Capable of managing and/or switching from one task to another in a fluid environment. Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license for 3 years.
