We are seeking a motivated Repair Technician to support the repair of electronic assemblies and circuit board products in a modern, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. As a Repair Technician you would support PCBA rework from both SMT process & post Test failures. Including RMA & Engineering support as needed. Working knowledge proficient soldering & rework techniques in accordance with IPC Standards. Both solder & de-soldering
SMT & THP
components. Must be a self-starter. Motivated to achieve timely delivery & monitor work progress against area benchmarks. Needs to demonstrate the ability to read/interpret Bill of Material items from MPN to assembly drawings using controlled documentation. IPC knowledge a must.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
High school diploma or GED required 1+ year of PCBA experience required Prefer English or bilingual (English/Spanish) Must pass pre-employment drug test Must pass criminal background check (no federal offenses; must meet Foreign Trade Zone
  • FTZ•security requirements) Lift up to 25lbs Authorized to work in the U.
S. required (U.S. citizenship or permanent residency only

Wages & Benefits Pay:
$18.00+/hr based on experience Pay frequency: Bi-weekly
