P•rime Powersports is looking for a skilled, community-minded Powersports Service Technician• to join our team in Nephi , UT . If you are tired of the cutthroat, high-stress big city dealership culture and want a place where your customers are your neighbors, your work is respected, and the local trails are right out your back door, this is the job for you. What You Will Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of units, including ATVs, side-by-sides (UTVs), motorcycles, snowmobiles, and personal watercraft. Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake adjustments, and fluid flushes. Troubleshoot complex issues covering electrical, fuel, and mechanical engine components. Assemble and prep brand-new flagship models for the showroom floor. Keep your workspace clean , safe, and organized to promote efficient turnaround times

What We Look For Experience :

Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on powersports or automotive service technician experience.

Tools :

Own a foundational set of mechanical tools appropriate for powersports repair.

Knowledge :

Strong troubleshooting skills in both two-stroke and four-stroke engines.

Certifications :

Factory certifications (e.g., Polaris, BRP, Honda, Yamaha) are a massive plus but not strictly required.

Licensing :

Valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement preferred.

Attitude :

Reliable work ethic, a neighborly attitude, and pride in keeping our community riding safely.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
