We also bring in a lot of other unique electronic related repairs too, and while it would be great if you have experience, it is not a requirement. Empowered to make decisions (no micromanaging in our company). Summary of Job Duties Fix broken phones, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles and other devices Answer customer phone calls and emails. Check customers in/out and answer their questions. Make customers feel welcome and confident that we can help. Keep the store clean and professional looking. Our Ideal Candidate We need someone with great people skills that has a passion and aptitude for technology. Bonus points if you have experience fixing electronics but that is not required. Some of our best technicians came with no experience - just a desire and ability to learn. A good conversationalist. Pleasant disposition. Genuinely friendly and outgoing. Enjoys learning new things. Has a passion for technology. Most likely a bit nerdy.
