00/hour depending on experience, with reliable weekly pay . No prior tower climbing experience is required-we will completely train the right candidate! We provide a daily meal allowance (per diem) and handle your regional lodging/transit arrangements so you have zero out-of-pocket travel costs. Crews are typically scheduled so that you are home for most weekends to rest, recharge, and spend time with family. Extensive options including weekly pay, health, vision, dental, and life insurance. A 401(k) plan with company match, plus paid time off (PTO). A Day in the Life As a Tower Technician I, you will work as part of a close-knit field crew to install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment for major networks. This is a high-adrenaline, physical outdoor position.
Qualifications:
You do not need prior telecom experience, but you must be comfortable with the lifestyle: Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. You must love a lifestyle on the road and be comfortable working at extreme heights. Telecom schedules change rapidly due to weather or critical project deadlines.
