full-time The Field Representative is responsible for inspecting assigned vacant properties within their territory to ensure they meet quality appearance standards and ensuring that all basic upkeep is performed correctly and completing assigned maintenance and grass work. Responsibilities and Expectations Perform regular field inspections on vacant properties to ensure proper exterior maintenance and turf quality. Troubleshoot basic property issues and verify that groundskeeping services are completed according to schedule. Oversee lawn maintenance process. Work closely with Vendor Account Managers to report field data and resolve property maintenance deficiencies. Generate weekly property status and maintenance reports for management. Respond to all business communications within 24-48 hours. Bilingual preference:

Ability to speak both English and Spanish is highly preferred. Must be able to lift more than 65 lbs
