Job Summary We are seeking dependable and motivated DIRECTV Installation & Troubleshooting Technicians to join our team. In this role, technicians will travel to customer homes within the designated service area to install, troubleshoot, and service DIRECTV equipment. This is a per-job position, with pay based on the type, difficulty, and completion of each job. The typical schedule is full-time, generally from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Responsibilities Travel to customer locations within the designated service area to perform installations of DIRECTV systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DIRECTV equipment and service. Service and maintain existing installations to ensure optimal performance. Follow safety protocols and company procedures during all job activities. Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and address any concerns. Complete each job efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction. Skills Proven experience or technical knowledge in satellite TV installation and troubleshooting preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly. Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with customers. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple jobs daily. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Physical ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in various environments.
