A Telecommunications Field Technician telecommunications Field Service Technician installs, repairs and maintains voice, data and video systems for a company's customers at the customer site. Prepares and documents a customer's network prior to implementing telecommunication system. Installs IP, network equipment and facilities. Acts as the first point of issue resolution, responds to field engineering issues and troubleshooting telecommunication problems. May train less experienced field technicians.
We are seeking a dependable, professional Electronic Monitoring Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and removal of electronic monitoring equipment for clients in the community. This position also supports inventory tracking and equipment accountability to ensure all devices are properly managed and documented. Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and remove electronic monitoring equipment Conduct on-site equipment checks and ensure proper device operation Track, document, and help manage physical inventory of monitoring equipment Maintain accurate records related to equipment assignments, returns, and condition Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, court-related personnel, and internal staff Observe and report issues, irregularities, or concerns with accuracy and attention to detail Follow company procedures and compliance standards at all times
Qualifications:
Clean driving record Basic knowledge of the criminal justice system Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with court personnel, clients, and related stakeholders Strong observation skills and high attention to detail Ability to remain calm, composed, and professional in stressful situations Basic computer and documentation skills Must be able to pass an FBI background check and fingerprinting
