Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marine Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to improve their career in a technical environment. The Technician will be responsible for assisting in various tasks related to assisting in general maintenance and troubleshooting of vessel systems including, but not limited to, diesel engines, outboards, water makers, electronics, stabilization devices, fiberglass repair work, wood repair work, and other various systems. Duties Maintain and operate various technical equipment and tools Fabricate components as needed, adhering to specifications and quality standards. Collaborate with team members to expedite installation in a safe manner Support sales initiatives by providing technical insights and assistance during customer interactions. Document processes and maintain accurate records of work performed. Experience Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred, with an eagerness to learn and develop skills in a hands-on environment. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments is a plus, but training will be provided. Experience in the marine industry is advantageous but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team setting are essential. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to quality workmanship are highly valued.
