Valid M1 motorcycle endorsement We are seeking a skilled and motivated Motorcycle Mechanic to join our team full time. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs across multiple brands, and a passion for precision and performance.What We're Looking For Experience:
Minimum 2 years as a motorcycle repair technician.Certification:
OEM/Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI) certifications preferred.Technical Skills:
Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining two-stroke and four-stroke engines, as well as electrical systems.Brand Experience:
Experience with BMW, Honda, and Yamaha strongly preferred.Tools:
Must provide and maintain your own basic tools.Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for extended periods and safely maneuver motorcycles weighing 800+ lbs. Attention toDetail:
Strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and quality workmanship.Computer Skills:
Basic knowledge for diagnostics, service records, and parts ordering.License:
Valid M1 motorcycle endorsement, at least 5 years of riding experience, and a clean driving record. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and complex repairs in line with manufacturer standards. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues. Inspect motorcycles thoroughly and provide accurate service recommendations. Create detailed labor estimates and parts lists for each job. Clearly communicate findings and test results with the Service Manager and customers. Keep a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Conduct test rides to confirm quality and performance.Job Type:
