Barton & Gray Mariners Club is revolutionizing the yachting industry with best-in-class hospitality. As an exclusive yachting club, we provide private and memorable outings across 35+ stunning harbors. Our growing service team is always interested in speaking with experienced Marine Technician professionals regarding career opportunities with our club. The individual must have an extensive yacht and marine repair background and be able to perform mechanical, electrical, outfitting repairs, and preventative maintenance on our fleet of Hinckley power vessels. Telephone reimbursement:

Primary Responsibilities:
Travel to harbors to repair B&G fleet vessels Maintain a clean and tidy service support vehicle Maintain spare parts inventory for the service vehicle Answer incoming service calls Maintain B&G vessels to USCG T-Boat regulations Manage expense tracking for all Parts/Materials purchases made on Corporate credit card Maintain a good working relationship with Captains and other support staff
Required Skills & Abilities:
Prior experience as a Marine technician Marine trade school/ Engine certification Knowledge of Hinckley & jet drive yachts strongly preferred Minimum 5 years experience preferred Organized, self motivated individual with the ability to work independently Valid, unencumbered drivers license Weekend availability for on call
Essential Job Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50lbs Must to able to climb ladders and scaffolding when necessary Must be able to maneuver about vessels, both on and off the water Must be able to wear a respirator and other PPE as required Must be able to kneel, crouch, and reach overhead frequently Employees will be subject to environments where VOC chemicals (e.g., epoxy, urethane) are present.
