Competitive wage based on experience, certifications, and performance. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate has a passion for motorcycles, strong mechanical abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing Harley-Davidson motorcycles while providing an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire installation, brake service, and scheduled inspections. Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, fuel, suspension, transmission, and drivetrain issues. Complete repairs according to Harley-Davidson service standards and manufacturer specifications. Use diagnostic equipment and service manuals to accurately troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems. Perform warranty repairs and document all work accurately. Test ride motorcycles when necessary to verify repairs and ensure quality. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair recommendations and completion status. Stay current on Harley-Davidson products, technology, and factory training. Qualifications Previous motorcycle technician experience preferred. Harley-Davidson dealership experience or Harley-Davidson certifications are a plus. Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record preferred. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and safely maneuver motorcycles. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
