We're seeking mechanics who will be responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of marine gasoline engines, transmissions, drive train and related electrical equipment. Previous mechanical experience on boats is a plus, but not required. If you've worked in the automotive or industrial industry as a mechanic, we'll provide you with any additional training you need for the marine environment. Essential Responsibilities:

Perform all seasonal preventative maintenance (i.e. oil changes, replace belts and hoses, winterize engines, etc.). Evaluate and repair faulty mechanical systems. Troubleshoot 12/24 Volt DC systems. Maintain updated knowledge of product and industry trends and methods. Maintain accurate records, both paper and electronic, related to billing, work orders and hours worked. Maintain awareness of and continually practice safe work habits. Maintain a safe work environment. Maintain cleanliness on projects both during and after job completion. Work overtime when needed. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00 with an occasional Saturday. We offer one week of accrued paid vacation. Bonus opportunities.
