DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspecting Equipment, Structures, or Material- Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects. Complete Custom wood Installations
- Fabricates and installs wooden replacement parts, using drawings, measuring instruments, work aids, hand and power tools, and woodworking machines. Complete Custom Fiberglass Installations
- Mixes fiberglass bonding resin and catalyst, cuts fiberglass cloth to size, and impregnates cloth with mixture.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Six months minimum prior fiberglass/paint/carpentry experience required Critical Thinking- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Complex Problem Solving
- Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
WORKING CONDITIONS
The shops and outdoor areas may be noisy and dirty. Safety measures must be taken when working with hand and power tools, fiberglass, resins, and other chemicals.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting (up to 60 lbs), balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.HOURS & TRAVEL
