Glosten is a naval architecture and marine engineering firm that has served the marine industry for over 60 years. We work in teams to accomplish exciting projects in a stimulating, fast-paced, and collegial environment. We are an employee-owned company drawn to unique and challenging marine projects. Job Description Glosten marine mechanical engineers design propulsion drivetrains, supporting auxiliary systems, life support, and safety systems for all manner of vessels. Advances in modeling methods and reality capture allow us to develop full 3D machinery plant designs inside virtual ships. Mechanical systems are more tightly integrated to modern control and automation systems than ever before. Continuing initiatives for emissions reductions and efficiency improvements are driving the development of marine vessels. Join us in developing the next generation of ships.
