In this energetic role, you will perform precise tire services, oil changes, and minor mechanical repairs to keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly. Your mechanical expertise and passion for automotive maintenance will drive customer satisfaction and ensure safety on the road. Responsibilities Conduct tire services including mounting, balancing, rotation, and repairs with efficiency and accuracy. Perform oil changes and automotive fluid replacements following manufacturer specifications. Assist with minor mechanical repairs such as brake inspections, belt replacements, and vehicle diagnostics. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to identify issues and execute repairs confidently. Maintain detailed records of all services performed and communicate findings clearly to customers. Support vehicle maintenance tasks like wheel alignments, suspension checks, and general inspections to ensure optimal performance. Uphold safety standards by properly lifting vehicles using heavy lifting techniques and adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements 1. Minimum of 1 year experience performing, oil change and basic maintenance and repair on assigned units. 2. Minimum of 1 year experience mounting and balancing tires. 3. Assist in performing accurate diagnosis of problems on assigned units. 4. Ability to perform all required maintenance and repair on assigned units with guidance or oversight. 5. Ability to safely and properly use all equipment necessary to perform duties as assigned. 6. Abilitu to thrive in a fast paced interrupt driven environment. Proven dealership or mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair. Familiarity with automotive service procedures on a variety of vehicles. Ability to perform tire service, oil changes, fluid replacements, and minor mechanical repairs efficiently. Physical capability for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing maintenance tasks safely. Knowledge of wheel alignment processes a plus.
