Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Tire Mount & Balance Technician to join our team at our USA Parkway, Nevada facility. This position is responsible for mounting and balancing tires and wheels in a high-volume production environment. While prior tire mounting and balancing experience is preferred, it is not required. The ideal candidate understands that this role differs from a traditional tire shop environment. Our operation follows a production-line model with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and performance expectations designed for efficiency and consistency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Mount and balance tires and wheels according to company specifications and quality standards. Inspect tires and wheels for defects, damage, or irregularities prior to assembly. Operate tire mounting and balancing equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain production quotas while ensuring quality requirements are met. Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Verify completed work for accuracy and quality before moving products to the next stage of production. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all workplace safety guidelines and PPE requirements. Assist with material handling and movement of tires and wheels throughout the production process. Support other production and warehouse activities as assigned. Qualifications Required Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to lift, carry, and move tires and wheels safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred Previous experience mounting and balancing tires. Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or automotive experience. Experience working with hand tools, pneumatic tools, and production equipment. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Ability to lift and move tires and wheel assemblies throughout the shift. Ability to perform repetitive motions in a production setting. Ability to work safely around moving equipment and machinery. What Sets This Role Apart This is not a traditional tire shop position . While tire industry experience is beneficial, this role operates within a production-line environment where efficiency, consistency, and adherence to SOPs are critical. Individuals with tire shop experience are encouraged to apply, but must be willing to learn and follow company-specific processes and production standards.
