Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire Changer and Oil Change Specialist, where your skills will drive customer satisfaction and vehicle performance! Responsibilities Perform tire mounting, balancing, and replacement services efficiently to ensure safety and customer satisfaction Conduct oil changes using proper procedures and automotive fluids, including oil, filter, and fluid replacements Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as brake inspections, front end / suspension inspections, fluid top-offs, and minor mechanical repairs Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete service tasks accurately and efficiently Diagnose common tire pressure sensor issues, and relearn procedures Maintain cleanliness of work area, tools, and equipment to uphold safety standards Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate Requirements Prior automotive service experience is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and familiarity with automotive repair procedures Experience with tire service, oil change procedures, and basic vehicle maintenance Ability to operate hand tools, and power tools Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform tire changing, balancing, rotations, flat repairs, and tire pressure monitor relearns Physical ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely during service tasks Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards teamwork and client interactions Join us in delivering top-tier automotive care!
