Key Responsibilities:

Be part of a crew and ensure compliance with project scope of work (SOW). Maintain a safe and organized job site, enforcing company and industry safety standards. Perform construction, repair, and maintenance on cell towers, antennas, and lighting systems. Manage and maintain telecommunication and wireless network systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Install, upgrade, and replace civil and/or tower equipment. Operate and interpret survey equipment, test equipment (Sweeps, PIM, Fiber, Microwave, etc.), and site closeout software (e.g., Talonview). Read and understand construction drawings to execute tasks efficiently. Stack cell phone towers while ensuring structural integrity and crew safety. Travel across the region for tower assessments, installations, and maintenance projects. Work outdoors in varied weather conditions and be available for weekend and rotational assignments.

Preferred Qualifications & Requirements:

Required Certifications (in-house training):

NWSA TTT-I

Certification (tower tech only) Rigging Certification (tower tech only) First Aid/CPR Certification

OSHA 30 RF

Radiation & Safety Awareness Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and Adobe PDF. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and work at extreme heights. Must pass drug test, background check, and physical exam. Valid driver's license required. Must be willing to travel 75% of time if needed (gone a week at a time)
