Qualifications:

Pass MN Board Highly Qualified Para Exam (Must pass MN Para Educator Exam) OR Have at least 60 college credits, attach transcripts to present

Role Overview:

As a Special Education Paraprofessional, you will work alongside certified Special Education Teachers to assist in supporting students with diverse learning needs by implementing inclusive and personalized educational plans that help them thrive both academically and emotionally. Hrs/ Wk Setting:

Learning Center serving kids from elementary to high school. Can accomodate your age preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with classroom instruction and offering one-on-one or small group support to students with disabilities. Helping to adapt educational materials and activities to meet the unique learning needs of students. Observing and managing student behavior to ensure a positive learning environment. Keeping records of student progress and behavior, as well as assisting with classroom management. Working with students who have various disabilities, including learning disabilities, autism, and emotional disturbances.
