Climb Higher (About the Job) TCI is seeking motivated individuals who are ready to be dedicated to working safely and have quality workmanship. All potential hires must have a current valid driver's license and a DOT medical card. This is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in telecom infrastructure. You'll work outdoors, often at heights, building critical communications systems while developing valuable technical skills. Your Work that Keeps us Connected (Job Responsibilities) Sweep, Fiber, and PIM testing experience required. Experience installing, terminating, and testing all aspects of a wireless communication site. Knowledge of grounding specifications. Connector installation by all manufacturers. Antenna mounting and setting azimuth, RET installs. Must be able to climb heights up to 100'+ Must have basic hand tools Must work well with others. Willingness to travel regionally (30 - 50% throughout New England and occasional projects in New York) Current valid driver's license.
