• Job Responsibilities Perform tower maintenance and construction on cell towers.

This requires traveling to and ascending the structures, rigging, and use of power and hand tools to complete minor construction. Perform maintenance, inspections, and mappings on telecommunication structures. This requires traveling to and ascending the structures. Prepare reports detailing the findings of inspections, mappings, and summarizing completed work.

• Job Qualifications 1+ Years' Experience working on and around cell towers Currently living in Tennessee in the Nashville metro area with good access to Nashville International Airport, within 50 miles +

Strong interpersonal skills Strong ability to manage assigned tasks with limited direct oversight Excellent verbal & written communication skills An ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. An ability to assist with the management of the scheduling, quality and completion of projects Demonstrated multi-tasking skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Tower Tech
