Primary responsibilities include maintaining, repairing, and installing the City's electric distribution and transmission systems; working with both overhead and underground electrical systems; responding to outages; and helping ensure safe and reliable electric service throughout the community. This position provides an opportunity to work on a municipal electric system where employees can take pride in knowing the community, the customers, and the infrastructure they serve.
Qualifications Applicants must:
Be a certified Journeyman Lineworker and provide appropriate certification/documentation. Possess a valid Class A CDL or obtain one within six months of employment.
