Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Overhead Crane Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of overhead cranes and related lifting equipment within multiple facilities. Your expertise will ensure the safe, efficient operation of heavy lifting systems, supporting continuous production and operational excellence. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on overhead cranes, hoists, and lifting devices to ensure safety compliance and optimal performance. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues. Conduct repairs on electrical systems, hydraulic components, pneumatic systems, and mechanical parts . Diagnose complex problems involving overhead cranes, hoists & lifting device. Read technical schematics and electrical blueprints accurately to identify faults and implement effective repair solutions. Skills Experience working in manufacturing facilities with a strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices. Proficiency in electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting electrical systems. Skilled in welding techniques including stick welding for equipment repair or fabrication tasks. Strong customer service orientation combined with analysis skills for diagnosing issues quickly and effectively. This role is ideal for candidates with industrial electrician experience or industrial mechanic backgrounds who thrive in fast-paced environments requiring technical expertise.
