Job Description

Whether you have been scaling 100-foot oaks for a decade or you are a grounded crew member ready to strap on a harness for the first time, we have a spot on our crew. We operate a safety-first tree care team focused on modern arboriculture, continuous learning, and proper technique. We hire for attitude, spatial awareness, and grit—we can teach you the rope work. What You'll Do (Scaled to Your Experience) Entry-Level /
Apprentice:
Learn knot tying, rope physics, friction hitches, canopy ascension, and production pruning through daily hands-on mentorship while supporting ground operations. Experienced /
Lead Climber:
Execute technical removals, complex rigging, structural pruning, and lead site safety protocols according to
ANSI Z133
standards.
All Roles:
Safely operate gear (chippers, saws, mini-skids), maintain PPE standards, and respect customer property.
What We Are Looking For Must-Haves:
Reliable work ethic, high physical stamina, zero fear of hard outdoor labor, and a serious commitment to crew safety.
Licensing:
Valid driver's license with a clean record (CDL Class A/B is a major plus and raises starting pay).
Bonus Qualifications:
ISA Arborist certification, EHAP training, or past climbing experience (great to have, but attitude and willingness to learn come first ). Why Build Your Career With Us?
