Maintenance Staff

Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, machinery, and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operations Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools Assemble, install, and move furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed. Oversee facilities maintenance activities including plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and residential painting projects Assist with team members on various projects, demonstrating leadership and ensuring quality standards are met Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments with a focus on electrical, mechanical, or plumbing systems Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork Customer service orientation with the ability to collaborate across departments effectively Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in confined spacesJoin us as a Maintenance Staff member to be an essential part of our operations!
