Maintenance Supervisor

Immediate opening for a full-time maintenance Supervisor to join residential repair team with a locally owned property management company. Must have experience in all facets of residential repair. Position would supervise one to two other employees. Applicant should have experience with plumbing, painting, and light electrical repair. This position would also repair light, locks, windows, doors, screens, and walls. Must have current Oregon driver's license and good driving record. Must be able to pass a drug test (we do test for THC).
