Maintenance Technician

Highlights of your role: The Maintenance Technician assists the Facilities Management Director with the repairs and upkeep of the physical building and the grounds and equipment; is also responsible for the painting and decorating of the building itself. Hourly What you'll get to do in this role: Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repair, as directed. General facility upkeep such as repairing doors, walls, floors, ceilings, and other related building upkeep & repairs. Upkeep of grounds, including mowing, trimming, and snow removal.
