Job Description
BW Grill House is now hiring friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Servers to join our team. If you love great food, fast-paced work, and creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Greet guests with a positive, welcoming attitude Take accurate food & beverage orders and enter them into the POS Deliver food, drinks, and refills promptly Provide excellent table service and check back on guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams Process payments and handle cash/credit accurately Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines Assist with sidework, restocking, and opening/closing tasks Qualifications Serving experience preferred but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Team-oriented, reliable, and professional Must be 18+ Food Handler/Alcohol Server certification or ability to obtain What We Offer Competitive hourly wages plus tips Flexible scheduling (AM/PM shifts available) Employee discounts at BW locations Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding brand Supportive and positive team environment
