Must have a minimum of 3 years experience working in a cabinet shop, cabinet installation, interior trim, etc. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute woodworking and construction tasks. Must to able to layout, cut and fabricate from architectural drawings and shop CAD drawings, accurately and efficiently Operate and maintain Woodworking equipment: multiple types of saws, planers, moulders, shapers, etc. Work with team members to complete projects on time Have a strong attention to detail and problem solving skills Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety standards on construction sites or manufacturing facilities. Follow instructions All tools and equipment are provided. Occasional travel will be required Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating, carpentry (including trim and frame carpentry), roofing, siding, cabinetry, door hanging, flooring installation, tile work, or related fields. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery (Computer Numerical Control), schematics reading and blueprint interpretation. Strong background in construction site experience including heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces. Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as fabrication or assembly; experience with electrical or plumbing systems is a plus. Ability to read technical drawings accurately and follow detailed instructions precisely.
