Job Description
Seeking to hire someone that has experience installing cabinets, millwork, and countertops. Job would consist of working with a local cabinet manufacturer to install cabinets and countertops, address punch items, and be fanatical about quality control on various job sites across NW Arkansas and our region. The most successful applicants are familiar with installing a variety of countertops, trim/mill-work, and cabinets. You would use a company provided vehicle to travel to job sites and perform work. Work in a small, close-knit, friendly environment, where you can receive personal attention and grow. The job includes the following responsibilities:
- Perform high quality installations of cabinets, trim, and countertops efficiently and with exceptional attention to details
- Load and deliver finished products to job sites
- Read/understand blueprints
- Observe safe working practices and OSHA standards
- Safely operating tools
- Problem solve in an efficient and kind manner
Qualifications:
- Clean driving record. Valid Arkansas Driver's License.
- Experience in cabinet, countertop, or case/mill-work installation preferred.
- OSHA 10 hour card is a plus
- Experience reading blueprints/architectural plans and shop drawings
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Experience pulling and backing up a trailer, and driving a box truck, is helpful
- Working well with a team of people to accomplish weekly goals
- Communicating well with others.
- Working hard and being on time. We start at 6:30 am every day!
- Having reliable transportation to and from work
- Reading a tape measure
- Following instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy objects (greater than 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks Must have a valid Arkansas Driver's License.
Pay:
$17-20 per hour, based upon experience Expected hours: 40- 50 per week; 50+ during busy season
