Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Millwork Installer and become a vital part of transforming spaces with expertly crafted woodwork and custom fixtures. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, assembling, and finishing millwork components such as cabinets, doors, trim, siding, and other custom wood features. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring precision and quality at every step. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a hands-on environment and are passionate about craftsmanship, safety, and delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install millwork components. Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinetry, doors, trim, siding, drywall accessories, and other custom wood features using hand tools and power tools. Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks to transport materials and fixtures safely on construction sites. Ensure precise alignment and secure fastening of fixtures according to project specifications. Collaborate with project managers, carpenters, and other trades to coordinate installation schedules and troubleshoot onsite issues. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and industry standards. Assist with fabrication tasks such as rebar installation, metal stud framing, or woodworking as needed for complex projects. Qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating, trim carpentry, frame carpentry, or related fields within the restoration or remodeling industry. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and construction site equipment. Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Experience with fixture installation such as cabinets, doors hanging, molding remediation or stucco application is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during precise installations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple trades. Valid experience in construction site safety practices including OSHA standards is preferred.
