North County San Diego About the Role The Apartment Company is seeking an experienced Carpenter with cabinet-making experience to join our team in North County San Diego. We are looking for a skilled, hands-on professional with experience in carpentry, cabinet fabrication, installation, repairs, and finish work . The ideal candidate takes pride in quality craftsmanship, can work independently, and is comfortable completing projects throughout our multifamily apartment communities. Key Responsibilities Perform general and finish carpentry work Build, modify, repair, and install cabinets and related components Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and other materials Repair or replace doors, trim, molding, shelving, countertops, and cabinetry Complete cabinet adjustments, hardware installation, and finish work Assist with apartment renovations, unit turns, and property improvement projects Read measurements and project specifications accurately Safely operate hand tools, power tools, saws, and other carpentry equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Follow company and job-site safety procedures Qualifications Previous professional carpentry experience required Cabinet-making, fabrication, or cabinet installation experience required Experience with finish carpentry strongly preferred Multifamily, residential renovation, construction, or remodeling experience preferred Strong measuring, cutting, fabrication, and installation skills Ability to safely operate carpentry and woodworking tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Compensation & Benefits $28.00-$35.00/hour , depending on experience Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off Paid sick time Paid holidays Consistent Monday-Friday schedule Long-term employment opportunity with an established multifamily property management company If you are an experienced carpenter with cabinet-making skills and take pride in producing quality work, we'd love to hear from you.
