We provide the tools and materials; you provide the knowledge and labor. To be successful in this role basic knowledge of painting, wall repair, plumbing fixture installation, basic carpentry, lighting fixture installation, vinyl plank flooring and carpet tile installation, cabinet installation and other basic trade knowledge is preferred, but we can train the right candidate. Minimum Training and Experience High School Diploma, GED, Trade School, or Vocational School degree. 3 years' experience in performing general maintenance and repairs is preferred but not a requirement. Experience in an older adult housing or assisted living/skilled nursing is a plus.
