Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Screen Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of screens, including window, door, and specialty screens, ensuring precise fit and finish according to project specifications. Duties Measure and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine the correct placement and dimensions for screen installations Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to install screens, framing, and related components Follow blueprint specifications and construction plans accurately during installation processes Install various building materials such as drywall, stucco, tile, and masonry as needed for project completion Perform demolition, remodeling, or repair work related to screen installation when necessary Ensure proper sealing with caulking or weatherproofing materials to prevent drafts or water intrusion Conduct quality inspections of installed screens, ensuring they meet safety standards and client expectations Experience Proven construction site experience with a focus on building material installation and finishing work Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans Hands-on experience with carpentry, drywall installation, tile laying, masonry, or related trades preferred Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems beneficial for integrated installation projects Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, ladders, and other equipment safely and effectively Experience in gutter installation or fixture/cabinet installation is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members Join us if you're eager to build your career in construction while contributing to projects that make a real difference. $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
