Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bath and Shower Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and remodeling baths, showers, and related fixtures in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will help transform spaces into functional, stylish, and comfortable environments for our clients. Duties Measure and interpret dimensional measurements accurately to ensure precise installation of baths, showers, and fixtures according to blueprint specifications and construction plans Install a variety of building materials including tiles, drywall, plastering compounds, stucco, and flooring in accordance with safety standards and project requirements Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely to perform installations such as tile masonry, gutter systems, cabinetry, framing, and fixture mounting Follow detailed blueprints and technical drawings to execute remodeling projects with accuracy and efficiency Conduct construction inspections to verify quality control during each phase of installation; ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations Manage plumbing and electrical connections necessary for bath and shower systems; coordinate with licensed professionals when required Apply caulking, sealing techniques, and waterproofing measures to prevent leaks and ensure durability of installations Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs; provide excellent customer service by explaining processes and addressing concerns professionally Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on bathroom remodeling or fixture installation Familiarity with construction management software such as Bluebeam is highly desirable Hands-on experience with construction estimating, planning, and interpreting technical drawings or blueprints Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and measuring devices like tape measures Knowledge of tile laying, masonry work (including stucco), drywall installation, plastering, caulking techniques, gutter installation, flooring installation, cabinet installation, framing carpentry, masonry work, and general building material installation Experience working on construction sites with adherence to safety protocols; ability to perform construction inspection tasks effectively Electrical experience or plumbing background is a plus for seamless fixture connections Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Join us if you're passionate about transforming spaces through expert craftsmanship!
