Duties Interpret technical drawings to accurately produce custom wood components and fixtures. Operate hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines safely and efficiently to cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood products. Measure and mark materials precisely for cutting and assembly, ensuring all pieces meet project specifications. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to power tool safety standards and industry best practices. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of projects according to construction plans. Skills Proficiency with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, woodworking machines, and other equipment used in custom carpentry. Experience with Weinig molding machines and knife grinding a plus. Knowledge of wood construction materials including various types of lumber and finishing products. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex assembly tasks.
