Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks within our shop environment, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the operations. We produce cabinet doors and drawers and work with area builders and home ownersDuties:
- Support the assembly process by following instructions and using hand tools
- Cut wood for cabinet doors and drawer boxes
- Assemble cabinet doors and drawer boxes
- Fabricate cabinet door parts as needed using hand tools
- Keep the work area clean and organized
Qualifications:
- The ability to work with others
- To show up on time and follow directions
- Be able to manage your time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with power tools and hand tools
