Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of construction, including carpentry, remodeling, and restoration projects. This role involves working on diverse building projects, from building and sanding to finishing and installation, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties Construct, install, repair, and remodel structures using a variety of materials and techniques. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects. Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as CNC machines for fabrication and assembly tasks. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes while maintaining a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Utilize schematics and blueprints for precise fabrication and installation tasks. Skills Proven experience in construction carpentry, trim carpentry, and remodeling. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on various job sites. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and clients.
